EquaFem is a mobile app and community designed for intersex people and others who live without a traditional menstrual cycle - including those whose reproductive system was medically altered or functions differently. It helps track hormonal balance, body changes, and emotional well-being through a personalized, inclusive approach. We focus on awareness, science, and care for every unique body.
EquaFem is made for everyone whose experience doesn't fit traditional cycle-tracking apps.

Girls and women who don't have a menstrual phase, including those born without a uterus.
People who have undergone surgeries involving the removal or alteration of reproductive organs.

As an intersex person, I realized there was no health app that truly reflected my experience. EquaFem was born from a desire to change that - to create a space for people without menstruation to track their health and feel seen.
